ABOUT THE ECNL
The ECNL was founded in 2009 as a challenge to the status quo of youth soccer, with a vision to be better. In its first years, the league supported only girls programming, but that was to change.
As a result of grassroots collaboration and innovation driven by youth soccer leaders all around the country, the ECNL quickly rose to national prominence – and ultimately to be the top level of competition and player development in the country. Each step was fueled by a shared commitment to elevating the youth soccer experience.
From inception, the ECNL consistently developed in alignment with the needs of its member clubs, always seeking opportunities to lead and provide more, no matter the challenge or adversity. The four letters “ECNL” have become the embodiment of collaborative innovation, opportunity, respect, development, and excellence in youth soccer, as the once-radical idea of clubs having a voice to determine their future proved to produce results never before seen in youth soccer. Unrivaled numbers of female players, of constantly improving quality, began moving on to the collegiate, professional, and national team levels as the ECNL impact changed youth soccer.
In 2017, the landscape again demanded more and the ECNL Boys was founded, setting the stage for an amazing period of rapid growth, increasing quality and further change in youth soccer. Starting with 57 of the top boys clubs in the country, the creation of the Boys ECNL once again demonstrated how a total commitment to improving the experience of players, coaches, clubs, and the environment in which they develop, can change everything.
Today, the ECNL represents the epitome of excellence in youth soccer, for boys and girls, as the league and its clubs, players, coaches, and everyone involved seeks to constantly “Raise the Game” for the future.
We are The ECNL and we are More Than A League
The ECNL consists of two youth soccer leagues (male and female), each a non-profit, member-based 501(c)(3) organization, with independent governance and leadership structures. The ECNL Board of Directors and staff govern all programs and platforms. The ECNL is sanctioned by US Club Soccer.
MISSION
To “Raise the Game” by elevating standards and experience in all aspects of youth soccer.

IMPACT FROM THE START
“When coming to Scorpions at 10 years old, I could never have known how much it would shape my life. Throughout my 7 years at the club, I not only became a better goalkeeper, but I became a better person. In the time I’ve spent playing for Coach Evan, Andre, Bob and Darren, I’ve become a part of the “Scorpions Family”. I was pushed outside of my comfort zone and supported the entire way by my coaches and my teammates. Since the beginning of the college process, Darren was always there for me. He always told me, “It’s a marathon not a sprint,” and reminded me to always trust the process. The connections to college coaches and the exposure that the club has given me has been incredible. Now that I am committed and I reflect on my years at Scorpions I realize that I could not be any more grateful for the experiences I’ve had and the lessons I’ve learned. “

"I am so grateful to have been a part of Scorpions for seven years now. Scorpions was the first club that I joined, and I've stuck with it all these years because of the amazing coaches and teammates who have made me the player that I am today. Coaches Nick and Evan supported me throughout the college process and always made themselves available when I needed them for a phone call or zoom meeting. Now that I'm officially committed, Coach Andre has been very helpful in getting me and my teammates prepared for college both physically and mentally. Scorpions coaches push us to be our best selves on and off the field, and I have learned so much about myself as a player and person through Scorpions. What I will cherish the most from my time with Scorpions are the friendships I've made with my teammates."

Field Usage
Once the field planning is done, the real work begins. Our fields interface gives you a bird's eye view of field status, including scheduled events, unavailable fields, and invalid slots. Our automated notification system even tells you when you've double booked a field or scheduled a team to train twice at one time.
Forms Status
Once a form is distributed, you'll be able to see its status in real time and watch it go from pending to submitted to delivered. You can approve or reject and request edits, then continue to monitor its status. Form completion results can be viewed by player, team, or form type.
Attendance Tracking
For every practice and game, know who is attending, going to be late, skipping, or injured. Coaches can record attendance before or after events and parents can update their player’s status anytime. Get a one-screen view of each player’s attendance record for the entire season.
