Our Junior Academy Program serves as the foundation of our player development pathway and club culture/community, introducing young players between the ages of 4-7 welcome players into a fun friendly, positive, engaging, and development-focused soccer environment.

Designed for early-stage players, the Junior Academy emphasizes fundamental technical skills, coordination, and a love for the game. Training sessions are structured to be age-appropriate, combining skill development with small-sided games that encourage creativity, confidence, and decision-making.

Our coaching staff focuses on building strong habits from the start—developing comfort on the ball, basic game understanding, and a willingness to compete and learn. Just as importantly, we aim to foster a supportive atmosphere where players enjoy coming to training and feel motivated to improve.

The Junior Academy also serves as an introduction to our club’s playing style and development philosophy, preparing players for a smooth transition into our Regional Program as they grow.

Our Boys NECSL Regional Program is designed to provide a clear and competitive pathway for player development across our regions. Teams are structured by level to ensure each player is placed in an environment that both challenges and supports their growth.

At the top of the pathway, our Black teams represent the highest level within each region, featuring advanced players competing at the most competitive level. These teams emphasize elite training, high-level match play, and preparation for the next stages of the game.

Our White teams serve as the second tier, offering a strong developmental environment for players who are continuing to refine their skills and push toward the top level. These teams focus on technical growth, tactical understanding, and consistent competitive experiences.

Our Teal teams provide a foundational competitive platform for emerging players. With an emphasis on development, confidence-building, and game understanding, these teams are an important part of our long-term player pathway.

Across all levels, our goal is to create the right environment for every player to develop, compete, and progress within our club.

Our State Select Program brings together the top-performing players from across all regional teams to create a highly competitive training and match environment. 

This program serves as a bridge between our Regional Program and our highest platforms—ECNL National and ECNL Regional teams.

Players are identified and invited based on their performance, potential, and commitment within their respective regional teams. By combining talent across regions, State Select teams elevate the level of daily training and competition, providing players with increased exposure and a clear pathway to the next level.

The program is designed to challenge players in a more demanding environment while continuing to support their technical, tactical, and personal development. It also allows our coaching staff to work more closely with a concentrated pool of high-potential players, aligning development standards across the club.

State Select represents an important step in our player pathway—rewarding achievement, fostering ambition, and preparing players for opportunities at the ECNL level and beyond.

Our ECNL Regional League (ECNL-RL) Program brings together top players from across all regional teams to compete in a highly structured and competitive environment. Positioned between our State Select Program and our ECNL National teams, ECNL-RL serves as a critical step in the club’s player development pathway.

Players are selected based on consistent performance, training habits, and long-term potential within our regional system. By uniting talent across regions, ECNL-RL teams raise the level of daily training and match play, providing players with a more demanding and competitive experience.

The ECNL-RL platform emphasizes advanced technical development, tactical understanding, and exposure to high-level competition. It also creates a clear progression opportunity for players aspiring to reach our ECNL National teams, while continuing to challenge and support their growth within a professional training environment.

Our ECNL National Program represents the highest level of competition within our boys platform, bringing together the very best players from across all regional teams. As the top tier above both our ECNL Regional League and State Select programs, ECNL National provides an elite environment for players with the ambition and ability to compete at the highest levels of youth soccer.

Players are selected through a rigorous evaluation process based on performance, consistency, and long-term potential. By uniting the top talent across all regions, ECNL National teams offer the most demanding training environment, highest level of competition, and greatest exposure opportunities within the club.
